The BBQ Kitchen - Linslade / Leighton Buzzard

Tom from The BBQ Kitchen got in touch and invited me down to his food truck to try out his Cypriot BBQ. He has been serving up his great food since Oct last year and his truck is currently outside Tescos in Linslade (Bideford Green) on Wednesday and Friday evenings.
He's serving up Cypriot BBQ with choices including flank steak and chicken as well as grilled vegetables and halloumi. The portions are big as they are served in giant pittas which he imports from Greece himself.
Everything was freshly prepared and cooked for us, and we had the flank steak pitta and the chicken pitta as well as some skin on fries with the hummus and the tzatziki dips. And he popped some grilled halloumi in both of the pittas for us as well. Everything was really tasty and lots of great fresh flavours.
And although in the video I put in a shot of all the fantastic sauces that he has at the van, we didn't actually try any of those with it. We had them just fresh as they came.
It got rave reviews at my house, so I'd recommend checking it out!
